Another Bank Holiday weekend was upon us and we had two competitions take place on Sunday and Monday. Sunday's competition was the first round of the Presidents putter and this was won by RICHARD BROOK with a superb 67 NETT Beating Luke Smith on a count back, and Matthew Heels who was third with a 68 nett.

Mondays competition was the Fulford Greensomes, which saw Father and Son combo of John and Simon Simpson prevail as a dynamic due with a score of 65.2 to win the competition beating the HEELS & ATMORE duo who were second.

York Rose Bowl - York Golf Club

On Sunday we had many of our Fulford members playing in the York Rose bowl at York Golf Club. The top performance of the day from a Fulford member was George Forder who's 64 in the afternoon was a new course record. This 64 along with George's 70 in the morning round was enough to get him into a play-off with Jamie Harrison which unfortunately he lost on the 2nd extra hole.
