Competition news

September Monthly Medal

Saturday saw another Monthly Medal take place with many members taking part. There were plenty of great scores that came in but Paul Davis claimed first place with a fantastic score of 68. However, Steve Brooks and Steve Smith were only a couple of shots back as they both shot a great score of 70.

Yellow Tee Stableford

Running alongside the White Tee Medal was a Yellow Tee Stableford. Once again, there were some great scores in but the best score was 37 points from Phil Chappell. Not far behind was Mick Sanderson with 35 points. Well done everyone.

Battle of the irons

Before we pit these two beauties against one another, have a think about how good your bad shots are? It's a bit of an oxymoron, but are they disastrous and leading to big scores or are they less penal and still go somewhere around the green?
