On Sunday, the club hosted the first round of the Victory Cup with 140 competitors taking to the field. Nick Wilson and Nigel Slaughter were this week's winners tied for first with a nett score of 69, well done to you both.

The second round of the Victory Cup will be played this coming Saturday with times still available to book. Remember on the Thursday prior to any event, the sign-in sheet will be taken offline and will be available to book from the Pro Shop.

This week I played in The Foremost Championship at The Oxfordshire Golf Club in brutal conditions of torrential rain and wind, unfortunately posting a score of 79. A real game of two halves, 37 coming in and 42 going out.
